Indonesia Data Center Dehumidifier
Background
A data center in Indonesia requires indoor climate control at 23-24oC, 50%RH. For easy operation and maintenance in the future, client prefers control data center room temperate and humidity separately. Dehumidifier is designed to down flow air discharge.
Solution
The dehumidifier is going to be duct connected at jobsite. KAWASIMA installed two powerful supply fans for the dehumidifier, which guaranteed sufficient E.S.P for the end of the duct system.
Due to the power consumption and shipment dimension issue, we proposed KA-30.0C to user.
Client was happy with the first trail order, KAWASIMA won reorder successfully.
Online Inspection
Covid-19 was still spreading globally when this project is carrying on. So both parties implemented an online inspection, which contains following items:
- Air Flow
- Running Current
- Moisture Removal
- Gas Leakage Test
- High Voltage Withstand Test
- Current Leakage Test
- Function Test
- Appearance Check
